meharproperties.ae is operated by Mehar Properties, a real-estate brokerage registered with the Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) of the Dubai Land Department, with offices at the Kia Flagship Building, Sheikh Zayed Rd, Al Qouz First, Al Quoz, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
References to "we", "us" and "our" are to Mehar Properties; references to "you" are to the person using this site.
02. The information on this site
Property listings, project pages and market content are published for general information. They are an invitation to enquire, not an offer, a reservation, or a contract, and nothing on this site creates any obligation on us or on a developer to sell on the terms shown.
Prices, availability, unit mixes, payment plans and handover dates are set by developers and owners and can change without notice. Renders, floor plans, areas and images are illustrative; measurements are approximate and may differ from the property as built.
Verify any detail that matters to your decision directly with the developer and with the Dubai Land Department before you commit funds.
03. Not financial or investment advice
Rental yields, capital-appreciation figures, payment-plan illustrations and market commentary on this site are estimates and projections. They are not guarantees, and past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice, and it does not take account of your circumstances. Take independent professional advice before making a property or investment decision.
04. Enquiries
When you submit an enquiry you confirm that the details you give are accurate and that you are willing to be contacted about it by phone, email or WhatsApp.
Where your enquiry concerns a specific project, we may pass your details to the relevant developer so that pricing and availability can be issued. How we handle your data is set out in our Privacy Policy.
05. Brokerage services
Use of this site does not by itself create a brokerage relationship. Any engagement of Mehar Properties as your broker is governed by the separate agreement and RERA forms signed for that transaction, which set out the services, commission and terms that apply.
06. Third-party content and links
This site includes material supplied by developers and other third parties, and links to sites we do not control. We are not responsible for the accuracy of that material or for the content, security or privacy practices of any linked site.
07. Intellectual property
The design, text, photography, graphics and the Mehar Properties name and wordmark on this site are owned by us or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual-property law.
You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction, distribution, framing or commercial exploitation requires our prior written permission.
08. Acceptable use
You agree not to use this site unlawfully; not to scrape, harvest or systematically extract its content; not to introduce malicious code or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it; and not to submit false details or another person's details through our forms.
09. Availability
